The Wood Residue to Energy Project in Bulgaria, aims at reducing greenhouse gas emissions generated at Svilosa, by substituting coal with residual wood as a fuel for power, and heat generation, and, through savings of methane emissions from residual wood waste, stockpiled at the plant.
